Great service of two machines at home, including an old Elna brought back to full functionality of ALL stitches, previously only straight stitch. Marcel called in advance to confirm he would be coming at the appointed time. I sat in to watch the process and learnt more about using my machines. Marcel showed me the needle threader (that I had either never noticed or written it off as useless) which needed realignment. Super thanks for that - no more struggling to thread the needle (now I am varifocal).

Very pleased with all the assistance on first contact. I assessed the bobbin and pick up we’re out of sync but being a programable Singer sewing machine I wasn’t confident at messing with it. I was quoted £95 to fix that included a service so I arranged to deliver everything as requested and received a call two days later saying all fixed. On collection my wife was given excellent advice on best sewing practices. Very professional and very well informed all through process Highly recommended A+++++++++++

Marcel was truly amazing. I cannot recommend him enough. I have been having problems with my sewing machine for quite some time, I'd even had a repair carried out a couple of months prior, but I continued to have issues everytime I sat down to sew. I was so frustrated. I called Marcel to arrange a repair and he told me to get out my machine and proceeded to talk me through what was wrong and how I could resolve it. Just like that. Months of frustration sorted. When I asked how much and how to pay, Marcel said it was fine and he was glad to be of service!! I have NEVER had such a positive experience with a tradesman. Thank you so much.
