Very disappointed and it looks like I am not the only one Iain has ghosted. He responds to initial messages, but quite quickly wants to know your name. I can only assume as soon as he realises the name is foreign sounding, he completely stops responding to your messages. And judging from another negative review left by someone with a foreign sounding name, he’s had the exact same experience. This needs to be investigated further through the Office of Fair Trading. I’m sure he offers the best massages and treatments, but common courtesy and respect for everyone regardless of their race, gender, and age surely are the foundation of such a business.
