Iain is an outstanding personal trainer who is very passionate about helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. Starting with a holistic review he determines your fitness level and provides a bespoke program to achieve your fitness goals. He has excellent interpersonal skills and constantly provides a bespoke program, pushing boundaries and taking you outside your comfort zone. He always provides enjoyable workouts with different degrees of intensity, constantly mixing up workouts to make them enjoyable while increasing strength and overall results. Iain is not only an exceptional trainer but also life coach and great listener. I could not imagine not training with Iain and more importantly not having him as a great friend.

I can’t really put into words how seeing Iain has changed my life. I owe so much to him for not only helping me in the gym but also my life outside the gym. He is such an amazing trainer and person.
