✅ Pros: Highly personalised service where a qualified solicitor visits your residence across the UK, listens attentively and generally asks the right questions. Wonderful admin staff that do a great job at proactively following up on documentation requests and very politely managed. Will and Letter of Wishes produced to the expected standard. ⛔ Cons: Need a no frills Islamic Will? This firm is expensive - but do you get what you pay for? Yes - could the cost be a bit less, definitely YES. There are more cost effective Islamic Will providers out there (but note that they may not be qualified solicitors like this chap - so watch out for that.) 💉 Final gentle comment: the solicitor can come across as a touch arrogant and a bit rude on his visits and on the phone. To quote them on one occasion: "I'm on a timer and need to go soon". There are more politer ways of expressing oneself. Note to solicitor: relax, try not to interrupt your customers and explain things gently so your client is left with a sweet taste after they've parted with that heavy fee. . I heard 600mg Ashwaganda per day may help just helping you chill without the cognitive impairment.
