We had, what looked like a nice job of a granite patio laid just under 3 years ago. After 18 months it started moving and cracking. I have tried to get hold of them for nearly a year now and they either don't respond to my WhatsApp messages ( I can see that they've read them) or they don't call back my answerphone messages on the business line.
