my landlord uses this company to do the maintenance on our building, had an appointment at 12pm for he to sort a broken set of drawers and he never showed, when emailing my landlord about this i am told that we where contacted multiple time and didn’t answer the door when i have evidence of receiving no contact that day and even messaging them to see where they are. By the looks of the reviews we dodged a bullet as the draws would have probably broke completely after he 4 fixed it but still it is extremely unprofessional and i hope that my landlord hires a new company to do maintenance on this building so thing can actually get fixed when broken or at least have them show up at all.

I have had to deal with Gary on multiple occasions. The first time, he came to my apartment to fix the kitchen's cabinets doors. He did a very poor job, one of them fell off and damaged the kitchen worktop, and I had to spend money to fix them. The second time he had to replace my oven, the job was done correctly but he arrived several hours late. The third time he was supposed to repair a leak in the toilet. He came late again and unequipped, so all he did was turning the current seal upside down instead of replacing it, and he never followed up to check if it worked, despite reassuring me he would come the following day to check if the toilet was still leaking. This time, he was supposed to come at 12pm to replace an induction hob. It's 2pm and I haven't heard from him. Please refrain from hiring this contractor, he's unprofessional, unreliable and a time & money waster.
