    Took my sons iPhone in due to it having an issue with charging and a crack in the screen. Screen was fixed and issue with charging port suddenly became issue with the battery, which cost extra to replace although I did say the issue was the charging port. When I collected and got it back to my son he checked it and realised his camera now wasn’t working. Took phone back again and the man in the shop was rude and arrogant. Talking down to me and telling me I am wrong and I should listen to him. I informed the man that during his “repair” the camera had stopped working and I wouldn’t be paying for him to sort it. He insisted I would be paying. I informed him again as the camera was in full working order when I took it to him, it was up to him to repair it. He eventually did this after being very rude and aggressive. when I collected the phone for a second time the charging port didn’t work yet again. Very poor service. Will not use ever again and will advise others against using this place.

    Received great and reassuring advice from the guy who works there. Dropped my phone off at 5pm and the screen was repaired and fixed the next day for collection from 10am. Fast, quick and efficient service. I wish I had known about the shop previously, as I had recently taken another phone to a different shop which I received bad service from. Would recommend this shop in the future. 👍🏾
