Claire does an amazing job at teaching beginners about sewing. I really enjoyed attending the beginners class and will definitely be back for 1:1 lessons and the follow-up course! She also has the loveliest fabrics for sale! Her shop is like a tailor's dream. Highly recommend attending a course here if you're looking to get into sewing. Just completed a 6wk class. I went from not knowing how to thread my machine to trouble shooting, and doing a pretty decent job at a pillow and shorts for the family. Really reccommend Claire, super nice & knowledgeable.

I did the evening beginners sewing class and then the basic pattern class. Small groups let you work at an individual pace and Claire was really patient with her expert knowledge and stories. Its a fun and rewarding class learning a great skill.
