£12 on a pack of coils…. Wrong ones, wouldn’t give me my money back or do an exchange… spent another £12 on a pack of 5 coils to find there’s only 4 in there that fit my vape and one random one! Will stick to the vape shop in Winchester from now on!!!

Belle and Emma were a fantastic help, taking the time to explain everything to my partner and I and provided excellent advice. They were both incredibly friendly and made the entire experience fun and stress free, recommending flavours and helping my partner upgrade from disposables to a kit. Belle in particular took the time to explain everything to my partner and took extra care to go through instructions and set up the new kit for my partner after finding out we're dyslexic.
