What is your staff to child ratio?
Our staff to child ratio is in compliance with the regulations set by Ofsted. For children aged 0-2 years, the ratio is 1:3 and for children aged 2-3 years, it is 1:4. Amazing staff amazing nursery supported my daughter with all her needs and helped her settle in, as she did not settle very easily when started, now she can't wait to go to nursery, My daughter is very settled now, happy when she's going to nursery and happy when she returns back from nursery that means she's had a good day, and that's very reassuring for me as a parent knowing that my child is happy 😊 😊

(Review based on 1 phone call) Loved the receptionist/staff she greeted me told me her name and company. She answered my enquiry and even went and asked senior staff for further advice. Was fully aware of company policy and procedures.
