Highly recommended. Visited Hyvale power equipment last week to look for a replacement lawnmower. They recommend an alternative to what I was thinking of buying due to lack of availability. I took this on board and went away to do a little more research. After speaking to them over the phone during the week they gave me more good advice which helped me pick my final purchase. Very professional and courteous. My new mower was ready for me already assembled, filled with oil and fuel ready for use. He also showed me all the features and put my purchase in my car. Disgusting... Was told my lawn mower would cost £60 to service.. When I went back to pay, the bill was £117 nearly double.. I was told it was plus VAT and the parts.. I asked why wouldn't you get someone to contact me before doing the work, similar to what would happen if I took my car to a garage to be serviced? I was met with abruptness attitude telling me about his 40 years of experience in this field.. Will not be returning back to this shop again..

A Rare Treasure. I seldom award 5 stars. Trustful advice about your lawnmowers condition. Utterly brilliant service. Took my broken Bosch for a quotation thinking it might be a lot of money to replace parts. I was totally wrong. All the mower needed was an honest, experienced hand and a quick fix. Minimal cost. Left the store 10 minutes later with a fully operational mower: overjoyed. Places like this are now exceedingly rare and descerning customers ought to treasure this store. Well done Hyvale.
