Had been in a week or so ago to book a service and set up a service plan. I hadn’t bought my car here but that didn’t matter and was treated with respect and dealt with professionally with any questions I had. I arrived for my service early before the desk was open but greeted pleasantly and dealt with. Pleasant area to sit. Plenty of free descent coffee, customer Wi-Fi with password readily available. When service was complete a young lady called my name and explained the service sheet. The car was parked outside and had been cleaned. An excellent experience.

Wors customer service/ never buy any hyundai car. Part expensive then BMW and Mercedes.they treat you like have to pay them there money.they ordered extra part even i order.i said I want return they saying there is no return policy in hyundai 😡😡
