    Bought a car that was financed by this company. For several reasons I returned the car within a week of receiving it. Had confirmation they had cancelled the finance. A month later I was receiving letters every other day stating I am late on payments. Made many calls to the dealer and the finance company. Dealers checked and confirmed they had returned the finance payment well within the time limit to cancel. The finance company operators were very nice and helpful and seemingly tried all they could to get the issue resolved, the issue is with their systems/higher up workers. Somewhere in the chain of events to cancel the finance, someone didn't do their job and left the policy in place. In the end a senior manager at the dealers had to contact the finance company and resolve the issue. It was a major headache and stress inducing saga.

    Never use this company to finance a car! They can’t even get your registration number correct. They then take money from your bank for TfL fines when our car has never even been near London and that’s a month after we highlighted their mistake and said we wouldn’t be charged!

    This company are a bunch of money grabbing people. If you are unfortunate to get a parking ticket etc, they pay it, do not allow you to contest it and charge you an extortionate admin fee for this privilege. Bunch of cowboys.

    We had horrendous problems with this company, the final payment was made on our vehicle, but yet they threatened us with further charges. I doubt we will EVER buy from Hyundai again!!!

    Bought 2 cars financed by these - the paperwork was wrong and showed a couple of Grand between the 2 cars and had charges that were wrong, extras and road tax for exampke ;refused to speak to us after sending us on a wild goose chase, never got correct paperwork.
