Service was completed on time, which was very important for me. I was a bit disappointed that my car wasn't cleaned. Usually, car wash&clean is included with the service, especially that service isn't cheap. The staff in the office looked very stressed and unhappy, creating a quite miserable atmosphere. I went o get my car serviced. The booking process was good and I received a video detailing my car condition. the let down was that no valet service was offered even though It mentioned on the website. I was told that there was no one to provide valet service, which was a complete lie. My car was parked ear where the showroom car were being washed.

Possibly my worst experience at any dealership This was far from my first car purchase and honestly the worst. It started brilliant and I reserved the car without seeing it as I live far out, I have done this many times before and many different places. Soon after we discussed a time frame and the deposit was handed over I was pressured to go there within a few days.. We organised a day where snow then hit and I couldn't make it. I was made to be a liar and told 'its fine here' and told if I couldn't make it up there by Monday he would give my deposit back and sell the car to someone else. I took an unpaid day off work, took all my documents and the car was not ready! I drove for 3 hours, had insurance set up and had rushed around called in favours to have that day off and was told I could not take the car as they had not had it serviced. They are the ones that rushed me to get there and they were the ones unprepared. Not forgetting the fact that the salesman was also dealing with other customers in-between so feel like a second class and as if you're an inconvenience After taking another day off to collect the car after everything had already been finalised and paid for you are told they want another deposit for your log book which was never mentioned on any call or the day I was there Never experienced any of this at any dealership, anywhere. What should have been a happy experience turned out to be nothing but stress Edit: Still have not been contacted to discuss this further
