    Gave my insurance information several times, documents stated AXA, secretory was sent insurance information, tried to email several times with no reply, keep sending me OVERDUE invoices, never reply to email, DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!!

    Very poor customer service - again! I had to visit a private consultant recently and whereas my private medical plan picked up most of the bill, there was a residual of £26 that I had to pay for myself. I happened to be on holiday when HytheHopes sent me the first invoice, and indeed about 3 days later a rude "OVERDUE" reminder. I opened these letters when I got back from holiday and tried calling them, on the number provided, to pay my bill. No answer, so I left a message. No reply. So I emailed them the very next day to ask if they could provide a more secure way of paying, like a bank transfer. They replied with the bank details. I made the transfer immediately. The very next day, I received an extremely aggressive "URGENT!" letter demanding I pay the balance immediately or they will refer me to a debt collection agency (or words to that affect).. So not only had I paid the bill, I also got 3 very poorly worded letters from them within the space of less than 2 weeks. And then I remembered, this is exactly what they did to me last time I used this same consultant. Extremely poor way to treat paying customers - and I shall not be using this consultant again on the basis of the poor customer service received from HytheHopes Ltd.
