I have used Hythe Tyres on several occasions in the past where they have resolved issues in a timely and very reasonable manner in terms of price, but my experience today (21.4.23) perfectly highlights why I cannot recommend Hythe Tyres highly enough. Despite being given an estimated wait of around an hour on a busy Friday afternoon with several cars ahead of me in the queue, I was seen to much quicker than anticipated. What I thought was an issue with either my tyres or steering was immediately identified by the man inspecting my car (whom I believe to be the owner of the company) that a serious mechanical issue had occurred which a garage would have to deal with. Despite using the master jack at the company’s own time and expense to identify what was causing the issue and it then becoming apparent that nothing more could be done on the premises, the owner firmly refused my offer of payment for his time and effort in investigating what the issue was. This speaks volumes for me as to the integrity and professionalism of the owner and the business in general. I highly recommend Hythe Tyres and will continue to use them whenever necessary. Thank you very much indeed and keep up the fantastic work!
