I found Sally’s details on the web and contacted her reference lower back pain. She slotted me in very quickly and I had a full hour of massage. As a novice of sports massage, it is a wee bit painful at times as she works the effected areas. I woke the next day, feeling like I’d done an intensive work out. Areas of my back were very sore. However the next morning my back felt amazing. I would highly recommend Sally, she is very professional and knows her stuff.

Sally has been a huge help in aiding me with my recovery from weight lifting, mixed martial arts and sitting in front of a computer. What's more, Sally's experience and expertise when it comes to all things therapy has also helped a close relative of mine. I’ve been using Sally now off and on for over 2 years when I first had experience of excruciating lower back pain. She was excellent and if it wasn’t for her , I’d still be having problems. I can thoroughly recommend her for any types of injuries albeit back pain or otherwise.

I have been regularly using Hythe Therapy Services for a couple of years now, primarily to manage lower back pain and to keep my calves in check so I can remain active. Sally does a brilliant job. Not only does she fix the problem but provides advice and guidance in respect of preventative measures, stretching techniques and nutrition. Highly recommended as far as I am concerned.
