    AVOID AT ALL COSTS !! Worst (lack of) service I have ever had trying to sort out a widows pension for my Mum since my Dad died 2 months ago. And before you reply asking me to email a specific address, done that ....doesnt make any difference. Wondering if your Pensions admin team are a figment of your imagination!!

    Possibly the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with . I would leave a minus score if i could . 5 months to transfer a pension , still not done . They don't reply to calls or emails. When you eventually get someone to answer they flat out lie and stall. This company needs looking into by some regulator ! Update ; promised my money would transfered on a specific date ! Lied to again . Phoned to ask why . Nobody available to deal with issue. This company are horrendous !

    Contacted on Dec 19th requesting a quote for retiring on 31st January 2023 to exploit a great opportunity. A phone call admitted they had received my request and were working on it. Since then NOTHING despite dozens of calls and emails. It was my birthday yesterday and they ruined my opportunity with their hopelessness. I am horrified that this dreadful, incompetent company is responsible for a large pile of MY money and I have no say in it. ** Following this review, a customer resolution agent, the excellent Radha Honeysett got involved and expedited my pension request. This finally happened today. She was excellent, but the response of Humans Robinson prior to her involvement was atrocious. Rating changed to three stars reflecting the fact of Radhas involvement finally achieving my request. **

    Baring in mind the company got in touch with us, not the other way round. I have been trying to sort out my Mums deceased partners pension for nearly a year now. It is a stressful time sorting everything else without Hymans Robertsons co. adding to it. When one reads all the jargon of what the Co. stands for, it's a joke. Nothing is followed up. Everytime l phone one just feels fobbed off. Then another week, month goes by. My Mum is 92 need l say more.

    Absolutely horrendous service. I am an IFA and have been in the industry for 45 years. Got to be in my top 3 for worst service. Been chasing them since September with no replies to e-mails and don't pick up phone. Dealing with a widows pension for a client and causing so much stress.

    After reading some of the other reviews I can see that this is common practice for this company. PLEASE believe what you are reading cause they ain’t lying! Calls go unanswered and emails too. I received a letter from them back in maying saying they had sent a letter in April (I NEVER received this) regarding my deceased fathers pension. In July they stated that they had now received all paperwork required and I was told by phone that it takes roughly like two weeks for them to process everything once they get in touch with the trustees. Again they received the paperwork in July and it is now SEPTEMBER and I am still sat here waiting! Complete and utter joke. Apparently a chaser was sent out to see what was happening with my payment but this was said a few weeks ago now and still nothing! Taking the best part of two months to sort out a very low payment is ridiculous! And yes I have also now emailed both the email address that were given in the responses to the other reviews from the company. Update: so I received a letter in September saying that someone would get back to me a month later on the 15th October (which was a Saturday so they weren’t open) and during this time they would conduct an investigation. I then emailed on the 17th October to see if there was any updates only to get an automated reply saying that the person conducting my investigation is on annual leave and will be back next week. You can’t actually make this stuff up. This has been going on since July when they received all my paperwork. I’ll be making sure to continue updating as this progresses.
