Since moving to Bishop’s Waltham a year ago this has been such a find, a good greengrocers + so many extras. Wonderful to select fruit & veg as I need it, 2 plums, 1 pear etc, no plastic, loose in my bag - they’ll pack - or in paper bags. Feels really special helping myself to fresh milk in a glass bottle. And the flowers and plants are great - bought all my geraniums from here - why go to an inflated price garden centre. The staff are helpful, kind and friendly. And Cassie my standard poodle loves it, stares across at it from Josie’s - my other love - drooling to go across and get her biscuit, knowing just where they are behind the counter!

Hylands is a local green grocers in Bishop's Waltham. It's on the High Street. There is a car park just behind. Free parking for the first hour. They offer click and collect. Four customers are allowed in the shop at any one time. Behind the shop is a small courtyard that sells seasonal products. Lovely local strawberries in summer and wreaths and Christmas trees in winter. They pride them selves on their customer service. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of lovely chutneys as well as fresh produce. Well worth a visit.
