Communication was good and quality of turf was ok. However they did not carry out all the work that they quoted for. I was quoted for 2 chafer treatments as well as graded top soil to be laid, prior to turf being laid. They carried out one treatment for chafer and turf was laid directly on to rotavated soil. I was also quoted for turf to be rolled and watered once turf was laid which never happened.
