Spent a lot of money with these guys since covid and for the most part my experience and the equipment have been great. Was let down a bit recently though with a part missing on a bench and a promise of a store voucher of the same value, customer experience were great in trying to resolve the issue and strengthen the bench with additional parts, until it didn't work. Now absolute silence in regards to the store voucher

Pretty awful experience. Ordered a week ago still at delivery depot although showed out for delivery then back at depot. No delivery attempt made. Not really kept in the loop and me having to chase. I essentially gave up and cancelled the order. Definitely wouldn't recommend
