  It feels good when you receive a fantastic experience from your enquire to booking and completing the Hydrotherm and Oncology massage training. Nothing was too complicated for Niki to handle - going the extra mile to make sure we received the appropriate equipment for the training course was paramount. Debbie, our trainer for both the Hydrotherm and Oncology, was superb she was exceptional. My team felt reassured they were being trained by a nurse who was passionate about her profession and wanted to pass all our nursing knowledge and skills in treating Cancer patients. We would definitely be using Hydrotherm for further training.

  After experiencing Hydrotherm myself on a spa day treatment I knew it would be perfect for our new venture at Glass House Retreat. After sneaking back to covers to find out what was on the bed I eventually got in contact with Niki, the Hydrotherm customer relations director. Niki was great and tailored the package to what we needed. We were creating a large team of therapists, so the option to become a trainer myself was perfect and has allowed me to provide ongoing support and training to my team around times that work for us. John and Niki made the long drive to demo the treatment for us – all while we were still a building site! Within 15 minutes my back felt like new and John did a great job explaining the reasons behind Hydrotherm. My training was exceptional, and Tom – the trainer – was great. I left feeling confident and excited to not only perform the treatment but to teach it too. All our staff love to use the Hydrotherm pillows and all our guests love having their treatments on them. The ongoing support has been brilliant, and you can tell everyone involved is passionate about their product, thank you to everyone at Hydrotherm!

  I used the Hydrotherm system quite a few years ago and when they needed replacing the distributor in Australia had moved back home to England and i couldnt replace them . It is only recently i decided to do a search and found the distributor in England . i contacted them and purchased a full system. The company are exceptional to deal with and nothing was a problem. i am waiting in anticipation to receive my wonderful cushions again. I cant wait to get them and i have told my clients and they are excited i will be using them again. They would have to be the best invention of all time. The think most clients dislike and myself included is having to lay face down and then halfway thru be turned over ...with this system the client , once settled on her back does not have to move the whole time and it is so easy on the therapist to perform a beautiful massage .

  We have offered Hydrotherm Massage to our Esqué clients for over 10 years now and love how it supports both clients and therapists. We utilise the system at all times and for all treatments for the client to get total support and comfort whether they are having a pedicure, a facial, electrolysis or a full Hydrotherm Massage experience. The training is fabulous and provides a great extension of anatomical knowledge and understanding of massage moves. It is thorough yet simple when you get used to working in a different way with the added bonus of preventing carpal compression; safeguarding the therapist for a longer massage career. From a business perspective, the maintenance of the systems is a consideration in terms of cost and time but we have chosen this as an investment and to add the luxury touch to the client journey in the salon. It is always easy to get in touch with the office for support or assistance with a friendly, helpful voice at the end of the phone. The team at Hydrotherm are lovely and passionate about what they do and we would be only too happy to recommend them.

  I cannot recommend the Hydrotherm system to massage therapists or clients enough. As a therapist I have been using the system to facilitate a variety of massages for the past 12 years in London and Cornwall. Niki is fantastic to communicate with and ensures all runs smoothly, whether this is equipment supply or training delivery. For anyone looking to expand their client base whilst saving their own hands and back - Hydrotherm is what you have been searching for!

  I was trained using the Hydrotherm system a few years ago. I can honestly say that for delivering relaxing massages of all kinds, Hydrotherm has revolutionised my treatments. My clients love to come into my clinic, lie down on the snug, warm cushions and not have to move for a full hour! I particularly love the freestyle-flow that my treatments have become since using the system. It just feels better, more connected and more relaxing, and my clients agree. I couldn't imagine massage without Hydrotherm, and would recommend their training and systems to anyone.
