  Having had difficulty for 6 months to get someone out to complete the handover, I was presently surprised when Dan contacted me to apologies for there lack of aftersales. Dan immediately arrange to come around and do an official handover and 2 days later returned to carry out a full service FOC. He was very professional and knowledgeable which provided me with confidence that my Hydropool tub was in good order and my general maintenance did no harm. Dan has subsequently assured me that all though they had a few staffing issues this has now been rectified and will be able to provide the service that they pride themselves on. Full marks to Dan..

  Purchased a H670 Hot tub before buying I attended the show room in Sussex to view and try out one of the hot tubs I would suggest doing this as you get quality time to look at all models and you can try out which is a bonus , we also attended the ideal home show as well and spoke to very knowledgeable staff . I also purchase a gazebo which was fitted by the company . The company is the best in the market for products and service , throughout the ongoing delivery process and set up at home I could not fault even to the guidance on products and after care . Yes there was a slight delay in getting the product but would rather wait for a quality product credit goes to Scott his professional approach and 100% to customer service is outstanding and he deserves praise and a mention.Secondly Will for his contact the company can not be faulted for contact or resolution .The fitters that attended were on time and left no mess and placed my hot tub and gazebo in place and did not leave until it was 100% . All I can say is the company is brilliant and the products are amazing thank you Hydropool Sussex from the Bakers

  They were happy to take £16k but once delivered communication stopped.. 3 attempts by phone and email to get a response still none.. 6 months !!!! Zero after sales..

  Really pleased with delivery and setting up. Will was excellent with his knowledge and as newbies to hot tubs we needed a lot of it. Have now conquered the initial hiccups, and enjoying chilling at the end of a days gardening.😊

  Saw these amazing products at the Ideal Home Show. Salesman John was brilliant and explained everything in detail before putting us in touch with his Manager, Will Smith who was such a nice man, not a pushy salesman at all. Will answered all our questions (there were a lot of them!) in full, visited us at home on two occasions and couldn’t be more helpful if he tried. We can’t wait to use our hot tub. Thank you Will and all your colleagues for the help, reassurances and kindness showed to us at all times. We would recommend Will and his team to any prospective buyers.

  UPDATE: Thanks To Kirsti who solved problem, sent 2 amazing engineers, who immediately fixed Jacuzzi. I have no other choice just to express our disappointment – 2 times we asked for engineer to fix Jacuzzi, issues we had: leaking, not able to start Engines as Display was showing: ”Flo” . First visit by Engineer -4th November – unfortunately I got impression that he has no clue what issue was, he said : “ I think its pump which causes problems” , so of course I asked if he is sure about this? Can he replace it? Which he did. Unfortunately next day after we filled up Jacuzzi with water, we experienced the same issue: leaking and new issue appeared- we couldn’t even start engines! Again we asked for help from you. Second visit was 9th December – same engineer again had no clue why this problem happening, so I observed him while he was inspecting jacuzzi, he didn’t even opened side panels and only used Torch Light – clearly you can’t see anything😂 . After he left, thinking he fixed it- jacuzzi filled with water and heated- following day we opened Lid of jacuzzi, 30% of water leaked again, and engines would not start! I am confused and frustrated as we cant call this professional service from you! Now x 2 you wasted our time and we missed Important events, when we needed Jacuzzi to operate. Not sure why do you think that we owe you? I believe customers pays only for service, which solved the problem! Engineer Owen, mixed up report- he accused owner reporting that leaking from filter😂 We not experts, we dont know where leak is coming from! BIG lies that tub was empty- he didnt test dry!!!! As he switch on jets after replacing pump- which clearly would not be able to do this if tub would be empty ! I believe Hydropool have professionals and it was just our bad luck with engineer 🤔
