  I purchased a hydrospa for my family earlier this year and it has been the best! Adrian was so helpful in explaining the different models and what we actually needed for our family. We completed installation in September and have been so pleased. Any excuse we can get to sneak out to the hydrospa we take- it’s so relaxing! Also the team was really understanding with me when I got the installation date confused. Super professional and very helpful!

  Fantastic and beyond our expectations is the bottom line. We have been looking for some time, we have a lap pool overseas so have experience of managing a pool. I am a diver, my wife a Physiotherapist. In our LogCabin we wished to transform this into an Aqua aerobics and Hydrotherapy pool. Adrian and his team were fantastic, we visited booked a test swim, and immediately could see this was going to be so much more fun than a simple lap pool and way easier to maintain. We signed the deal in the pool and two weeks later was being installed! We had an old Lazy-Z Inflatable hot tub so decided to add a Serenity 670 Platinum Hot tub together with the 17AX trainer to extend the Hydrotherapy and swim spa experience. We have now had the combination for 4 months and we are so pleased with the package. The swim spa is so much more than a lap pool. There is so much more you can do in a swim spa than a simple swimming pool. There is quite literally endless options, exercises, aqua aerobics, and even plane old swimming! You can have still water with the wide range of aqua floats available, or have a river of water flowing. One obvious difference is the water is moving. So lovely to swim and exercise in moving water that you can control in an infinite ways the speed, directions, turbulence etc. Gives quite a difference experience to a static swimming pool. Swimming against the swimspa gives a good workout, which can be done with or without googles or even a snorkel! It offers so much more options for Aqua aerobics and hydrotherapy than a plain pool. There are just endless options, with finely controlled pool temperature. Very little water actually splashes over the sides, it is well designed to keep the water inside the pool. The addition of a TV in the room enables on line aqua aerobics tutorial and training to be undertaken. We are looking at introducing Aqua Cycling to the exercise programs. I am so pleased we choose a Swim spa over a standard pool. The swimming experience frankly is way more fun than our lap pool. The pumps are plenty powerful but equally very finally adjustable. I cannot as a strong swimmer beat level 9 or 10! The addition of the Jacuzzi seats and jets at the back is really nice. Relaxing while others exercise or simply resting. The surfaces of the Serenity and Swimspa are really smooth to feel. The amazing number of jets, air vents and options of seating, make the options of Tranquility spa relaxation so much more. The Tranquility pack with aromatherapy oils is amazing and so relaxing for people. Maintenance is super easy. The High pressure filtration system with ozone and UV works really well. Yes we have to keep a watch on the levels with dipsticks and we were recommended the Digital Trutest device. This device uses dipsticks and gives a digital readout of the levels- so super accurate and easy to keep a log. We have two Mitsubishi Lossnay Heat recovery units to remove the humid air without loosing or gaining heat. These are cheap to run and prevent any condensation or damp problems. In addition a standard Air conditioner keeps the room cool or warm depending on the time of year though not often needed to be honest. As far as electricity costs - the insulation is so good, that frankly we have not noticed it on our electricity bill, we keep swim spa at 32C and Hot tub 38C. Contrasting with our concrete lap pool that looses heat and is expensive to run. We are so grateful to the team at Hydropool for being so honest, so knowledgeable (we delved deep into the science which gave me great confidence the team knew what they were talking about). So helpful and arranging such a quick install was brilliant. We are super pleased we took the quick decision to invest in the two pools providing a great service.   When we decided to have a hot tub we were advised to go top quality. So we went to Adrian (Hydropool Surrey) and we’re not disappointed. We visited them in Clifton Garden Center. We chose model that suited our requirements & had it installed Sept 2021. Great help & advise and installation was seamless. We use it all year round, it’s fantastic after a busy day at work as it washes away stress, totally recommend these guys. Kevin Stokely

  Buying a hot tub was a long and considered purchased. We spent 18 months researching the market and spoke to many manufacturers, finally we decided on the Hydropool 5900. Adrian was very honest and gave us all the advice that we needed. There was no pressure to purchase and the whole experience from sale to installation was outstanding. If you want to purchase a hot tub we would highly recommend Adrian and his team.

  I was 90% done buying a hot tub from a local company when I received a last minute recommendation to speak to Adrian at Hydropool Surrey by somebody in the industry. I am so grateful, not only for the recommendation, but to Adrian for inviting us to his showroom to have a no obligation conversation and for taking the time to organise an exclusive viewing to make a long trip worthwhile. It was quickly evident that Adrian is an expert in his field and he went above an beyond, not only to answer all of our questions, but also to make the customer experience from start to finish a very enjoyable and rewarding journey. He also didn't put us under any sales pressure and acted more as a consultant, sharing his thoughts and advice on a range of products and issues - but never putting us under pressure to buy. Purchasing a hot tub is major outlay and you have to be 100% convinced that the product is right. Dealing with Adrian gave me that confidence and I would highly recommend he is the first port of call if you are in the market for a hot tub.   We’ve just taken delivery of a self-cleaning hot tub from Hydropool Surrey. In short, a great experience from start to finish. Jonathan took time to introduce himself, his business and the range - and also recommended a garden landscape company who did a superb job at short notice. With a few tubs in stock, we decided to go with his recommendation and aren’t regretting it. We also needed some serious innovation in the delivery - which we got (see photo!) Brilliant product, excellent service & communication and the handover got us set up superbly. Thanks to all!
