  We took delivery of our Aqua trainer Swim-spa in February. We are delighted with it and despite the snow we have enjoyed our swimming sessions. The service from the start of our enquiry to final installation from Chris and his team was outstanding. Even though we delayed installation due to building works being delayed, it was no trouble for the team to be flexible. We could not recommend Hydropool Midlands enough, if you need a Spa or Hot tub you will not be disappointed going to them.

  Chris and his team were very considerate when we had to postpone our hot tub installation during spring 2022 due to a delay with our building works. Our 'Signature Self-Cleaning Model 670 Platinum' was installed in the summer. It's wonderful, and lived up to all our expectations. My wife and I use it two or three times a week (when I use it on my own I find the leg pain treatment is especially effective). My wife and her sister use it on a weekly basis (the integral ice bucket is great for their Prosecco). We have had other relations and friends round to use it. Everyone comments on how good a hot tub it is - even those who have their own. It's especially relaxing to have a glass of wine whilst having a dip during the dark winter evenings, under the outside glass canopy with the hot tub lights and our garden lights on.

  Have now had my hot tub for 18 months, the service from start to finish has been great, Chris is very knowledgeable and if I’ve had any questions is always available. We did a lot of research before we bought and I am really pleased, the running cost have been far better than expected and has not made any real difference to the overall cost during the winter, I guess this is down to the insulation and heater. Great service, I buy my chemicals from Chris and it’s always a pleasure to call in and catch, top team.

  I've always wanted to buy a hot tub - but had several significant concerns. Having had our back garden all re-done and knowing we'd want a tub, we had a concrete pad built ready waiting. Now I needed someone who could take my concerns away. First was about how we get the unit in to the garden. And how much does it *really* cost to run not just the 'brochure' price... and isn't it a lot of maintenance? And a bit noisy for the neighbours? And what if it goes wrong, will anyone be around to help... and then you've got all your friends saying they just bought some cheap thing for £500 from B&Q and it's fine for Summer. I am so very grateful for talking to Chris and the team at Hydropool Midlands. First looked at them at the National Housebuilding and Renovation Show at the NEC in Birmingham and then popped up to the (large and impressive) showroom on the outskirts of Nottingham. It was nothing like the nightmare scenario I'd thought of. Zero pressure salesmanship, utterly confident, knowledgeable and proud of what was being sold. (I'm a global sales director and I'd happily have Chris on my team!) Getting the unit to the house - easy, comes on a low loader with its own crane built in. The real cost to run - £1.50 to £2 a day (at October 2022 UK energy pricing) isn't just a brochure price. Having scrutinised it with my smart metre, it's really the case. Maintaining the unit? A cinch - add a few capfuls of this and that once a week and you're running. By the way, call or text anytime you've any queries or issues and we'll sort them out (it's true, a late evening Friday question was answered really quickly). It's not noisy - silent when it's at rest, looks beautiful, build quality is fantastic and 100% the total opposite of what a cheap unit from a DIY store is. Why anyone would go buy one of those and not a professional unit, with cheaper running costs, better hygiene and fantastic support is beyond me. Investing in a hot tub is a considered purchase and not something you do every day. If you're curious or are ready to purchase, then I cannot recommend Chris and the Hydropool team highly enough to help you on that journey with its many questions - utterly fantastic team and company to deal with.

  A good quality product, my wife and I use it daily. I do between 1 and 2 k everyday and I’m starting to the feel the benefit. It will be interesting to see how it affects my electric bill, particularly with the price hikes, but what I lose in electric I guess I gain in fitness. Easy to use and so far reliable with good support from the Hydropool team at Nottm.

  I cannot speak highly enough of this company! The Swimspa is excellent and the family have really enjoyed using it for the past few weeks. The team that have been my contacts and have installed the unit are fantastic, Chris, Andy and Carl have been so helpful and gone way beyond expectation. I would definitely recommend the company to you!

Really helpful and flexible from the first point of contact and onwards. The support has also continued after delivery and installation to ensure we know and understand how to look after our new hot tub. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

  Great service , kept informed about delivery , competent installation team . After service has been superb any questions or supplies , have the Hydropool serenity 4500 had almost a year now love it and not costing a fortune to run very well insulated .
