The sales process was seamless and fully in keeping with their glossy brand. 3 years later the gloss has well and truly worn away to expose some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Within the three year warranty period the main pump and blower need replacing. Hydropool can only offer a service engineer visit 4 weeks after the call ( A local company diagnosed the problems within 24 hours). They then cancelled the appointment, which I found out when they didn’t appear!. They have no U.K. stock of the pump and have 29 on back order with Canada! 29 customers being let down. Within 5 mins I located a U.K. stockist with 48 of these in stock, but no, Hydropool would prefer you to suffer and not use the hot tub rather than sourcing the pumps this way! The pump price was also 50% of their list price. If you are considering buying a hot tub from Hydropool, be aware of this total lack of care or concern for their customers when things go wrong!
