I had a brilliant experience of buying with Hydrolife - in particularly Abigail (and Rebecca in Abi’s absence). THANK YOU both! I had originally planned to buy one with another company, which, in transparency, was much cheaper, but I was concerned about the level of customer service. When speaking with Abi and the team they couldn’t do enough to support me in making this work. I paid more than hoped, but this was made up for in the care I received and I’m glad I did. My jacuzzi 235 was fitted in August and the information received beforehand was incredible. It has been brilliant and I’m so glad I took the plunge (pardon the pun). I had believed great customer service was dead and Hydrolife swayed me in seeing that it is still there. I’m so glad I spoke to Abi and would encourage others to do so too.

After care not as sold. Speakers don’t work on a £14k hot tub and not fixed by Hydrolife who I continuously have to chase. They send out an engineer who says he needs to order a part, leaves and doesn’t order said part or return. Best avoided if you want customer service and a working hot tub.

It hasn't worked correctly since installation (11/08), it was initially blamed on the wiring on my side of the supply but an independent check by a qualified electrician, (Prism Electrical), has shown that the supply side is in order according to accepted electrical regulations. It has been 16 days and the tub remains idle and water in danger of stagnating. I have been promised a new PCB (a control board on the Tub side), but I remain disappointed and dissatisfied. A request for a refund is also pending. If your licking on an Italian ice cream at Longacres and musing on the Hot Tub stand next door just remember my story!
