I placed an order at the beginning of Feb this year. I didn't receive my my order and since sent three emails chasing it and messages on social media. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this one is warranted. There is no excuse for not refunding me my order. Very bad customer service.

Avoid at all costs! Placed order 4th June 2022 paid for 1-3 day shipping. Their shipping supplier never received the item. I emailed Hydro Hobby no response, sent a message through their contact us page, nothing. Called the store 5 weeks after I ordered to be told they are out of stock and should be with them next week. 10 weeks later I still haven’t received anything! Raised dispute through PayPal for a refund!
