We went to Hyderabad Darbar to have a family gathering on May 13. I can honestly say it was absolutely the best choice we made to host our gathering. The food was amazing and the venue looked modern and up to our standards for the event. The service was amazing from the managers to the waiters. They really looked after us and accommodated whenever we needed help. The best restaurant I’ve been to by far.

Ofcourse the waiters are busy with takeaway orders and you have to drop a plate to grab their attention, but the food was nice. The chick biriyani, 65 chick, tangdi were good with biriyani being one of the nicest to try if you can't cook it at home. The curries on the other hand are terrible. They taste sweet, almost as if catered for the western taste buds (although this is in deep East London). E.g., we had dam ka murgh which is supposed to have a cashew paste and should not have any tomatoes. However this dish was completely different and had no indication of the cashews or other ingredients as per the menu. All curry dishes are the same, they use 🍅 base and then add chicken/ lamb and few spices and call it a different dish.
