Do not buy. I paid £100 deposit for an ex display bed at an exhibition for a £1500 bed. I called politely to cancel the collection a few days in advance as I had changed my mind and realised it was too expensive. I hadn't yet even asked for the deposit back and the owner shouted at me and told me never to come to his stand again. Very upsetting as he knew my father well who had purchased 4 beds from him prior. I trusted this man sadly. He told me the mattress was worth £2500 for a 5000 pocket spring and I saw the same one on his amazon site for 549. I feel cheated but worst of all sad that he was so aggressive and so rude and no manner for anyone to be spoken to, if you decide to change your mind. Keep the £100, I'm glad I didn't spend a further £1400 with someone so extremely harsh, unkind and aggressive. No one should be treated like this.

Dont buy from here. The mattress that was delivered was so much harder than the one in store, we found that the display mattress has a softer topping that is not included so another scam on actual product. We are now on pain killers for the backache and struggling to get out of bed every morning and this is not the experience of a new bed. Really really disappointed and disgusted with the salesman and manager who are in cahoots. Get your beds and mattresses elsewhere!
