A globalised sailmaker. Cheap sails made at the other side of the world but not that durable. Shipping costs and delays in delivery are not acceptable (£68 for a £150 jib that took over 10 weeks to be delivered). The post COVID age should make them relocalise production and live up to their name again. Will definitely only use local sailmakers for that marginal extra-cost from now on: better sails, more durable, less polluting, more customizable On a positive point the customer service was reactive though I would rather have my sail quicker.
