    Staff were very lovely and polite however when we got to the room it had very obviously not been cleaned from previous guests, bed was unmade and there was hairs all over bathroom floor and shower, we also didn’t have any pillows and when we went down to reception to ask for some they told us we couldn’t get any until 9:30am the next day, which would have been pointless as we were only staying for one night. Great location and great staff but not very clean and hygienic.

    Dirty Hotel Stay. Should be called Hyde Park Defective Appartments. Nothing Executive at all about this hotel apart from its location. I am sorry to say that my recent stay at your hotel was extremely disappointing. The overall cleanliness of the room was subpar, and there were several issues that made my stay quite unpleasant. Firstly, the bathroom walls were covered in mould, which is not only unsightly but also a serious health hazard. This made me extremely uncomfortable and hesitant to use the facilities. It is unacceptable that the hotel staff would allow such a condition to persist in a guest room. Moreover, the bedroom walls were marked with stains that appeared to be long-standing and had not been cleaned in a very long time. This gave the impression that the room was not properly maintained and that the staff did not care about the comfort of their guests. The position of the TV in the room was also quite random and not at all convenient for viewing. This made it difficult to relax and enjoy the limited TV channels available. Woken up by 3am vacuuming by reception. Who in their right mind thinks that is acceptable and won't wake up everyone? Overall, the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail in the room made my stay at your hotel very unpleasant. I was expecting a comfortable and enjoyable stay, but instead, I was disappointed and left with a negative impression of your hotel. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to improve the conditions for your guests in the future. This is not a sustainable business model and won't last long.     Will come back simply for the location. Rooms are just OK for the price but proximity to 2 Underground stations, bus stops & lost of Asian restaurants makes it a favourite Walkability: 2-3 mins walk to Underground & bus stop. 3-4 mins to lots of Asian restaurants & mini markets

    My experience here was worse than two star hotels in West London. The cleanliness level of room was very poor. The mattress was super uncomfortable. Every time I moved it made sound. I had a back ache after sleeping here for 2 nights. They don’t provide basic amenities like daily room clean, hair dryer in the room, air conditioning. The apartment comes with a mini kitchen with only 1 pan and few plates/glasses/spoons. It’s not sufficient if one wants to cook a meal. Moreover due to the location it was very noisy in the night. Only positive is the prime location and that’s what the price is for. But definitely not a pleasant experience and not worth the money.
