I had my black box fitting with this company. After reading these reviews I was concerned however when I called my appointment was booked in just a few minutes in the same week. I received a text the day before letting me know what time someone would be here and a text when they were on their way over. The man took a few minutes to install the box and was on his way. Avoid cowboy company fitted telematics device and cut wire harness causing 4000 pound worth of damage receptions could not care less either could Mike the director proper ⚓️ now left with car needing new wire harness avoid avoid blame everyone but themselves even with a damage report from vauxhall still won't admit fault useless only give 1 star because I have to minus ten and that even generous Service: Electrical

Very unhelpful when trying to resolve an issue. Was supposed to remove a box from my car an instead installed more. They contact me about this but when asked why said they need to investigate it but wouldn’t contact me back. No manager contact even when promised. Only wanted their box back took over two week to get somewhere and that’s only when I had to demand to speak to a manager and still he was rude and condescending, even used this word to me trying to explain it meaning as well. So would give no stars if I could review like that

1 star is generous. They fit my black box after cancelling twice, they then broke my car radio and dashboard and asked me to pay £132 + whatever it costs for fiat to fix. I refused to pay as they broke it and there customer service told me that I am in the wrong as I must pay for damages. In the end, I’ve had to speak to a manager at my insurance company, as well as speaking to FOS. STAY WELL CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE AS THEY ARE LIKELY TO SCAM YOU!! Wasted an annual leave day for them to turn up and tell me they don’t have what they need with them, they then booked a second appointment in which I’d have to travel over an hour… after arguing in the phone because I get charged for the miles I use they finally rearrange the appointment for my actual address and never turn up, that’s the second annual leave day lost. Today was my third attempt and once again they didn’t turn up. Im pregnant and need my annual leave days, to lose 3 of them over a business not being able to function is taking the mick….
