Everything with the company is right and good quality, except once you need to claim for a warranty check. They will not be willing to come over to understand the issue and to solve it. Be aware before hand you decide to buy here. We spent £3000 in two bathroom furnitures under the sink, and in less than one year, one drawer is not closing properly and they didn't care at all. I wouldn't recommend them if you want to be on the safe side.

We used Hyde Park Kitchen and Bathroom to furnish 2 bathrooms. The delivery of the equipment came on time but the bath tap was not fitting to the bathtub (faucet too short). The issue was flagged 3 weeks ago and is still not resolved as the company is waiting for the old tap to be inspected before refund. The management of the mistake is not adequate and is leading to a significant delay in our works. Very disappointing.

We are just completing a major (1y long) refurb, and had two new bathrooms installed, i can hands down say Hyde Park Bathrooms team has been the bright spot of our experience in the enire project. From the beginning to the end, they were always there to help and support, the post sales experience was amazing, any issues we had were sorted quickly and professionally. Absolutely amazing experience, from the moment I walked into Hyde Park Bathrooms & Kitchens (HPBK) showroom. The showroom is well laid out, displaying the latest designed products from all the major European manufacturers, allowing lots of choice and numerous layout options. The sales team, with special thanks to Ahmed and Aydin were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable, making every part of the process from design through to installation of my bathrooms easy, with nothing being too much trouble. Peter the bathroom fitter did a first-class job, his attention to detail is exceptional. He was punctual, extremely professional and completed the works within the agreed time frame. I would highly recommend HPBK.
