My first Gen Estima finally stopped working after 6 months of problems. I thought it'd had it. Discovering Mark and Hybrid Repair Service transformed the situation. Mark was a man of his word. After the diagnostic visit he returned to fit a later generation reconditioned hybrid battery he'd built and a new main battery. Replacing the hybrid battery was tricky. I recently had the pleasure of using the services of Mark at Hybrid Repair Service. Having recently purchased an '05 Prius that had not moved for 4 years and with numerous fault codes relating to the Hybrid battery I researched via Google and luckily found Mark. His reviews were superb and I called him to discuss the situation. Immediately I gained the impression that he had immense knowledge of the High Voltage battery systems used in Hybrid cars and his enthusiasm gave me the confidence to arrange a repair. During my conversation he was confident enough to diagnose and quoted a cost for the repair. He also discussed what other parts of the system might have been affected and the price to replace. He arrived when appointed with everything necessary and rebuilt my battery and also replaced the control unit. My Prius now works perfectly AND I have a 1yr guarantee. I can't speak too highly of Mark. From the very quick response to my first contact up until he called me a week after my hybrid and 12v battery replacements to enquire how everything was. From the start he went out of his way to inform me about my problem, and the various possible solutions to it, including during the installation of both batteries. He didn't stop from the moment he arrived until the job was finished - some five hours later. My elderly Prius has been transformed. A first class job. Highly recommended.

Mark really went above and beyond to get our 06 plate Hybrid Alphard running again after a battery fault. He made multiple visits, did an interim fix to get us through the MOT (poor timing for a battery fault!) and got us a replacement hybrid battery unit from Toyota Japan with a full warranty at a very good price including fitting. Lovely guy and if I'm honest he could have charged us more and I wouldn't have complained - he was totally focused on getting our vehicle fixed and not fleecing us for cash.
