Location is amazing. So near to the station and right in the middle of Westfield. Despite the location one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed at, didn't hear any outside noise at all and very little from other rooms. Both nights I had an amazing sleep! Modern, super clean, only downfall for me was the lack of channels and smart options on the TV, very limited and when I arrived I didn't have a remote so had to call for one. Express check out would have been good too, reception is two floors above the exit and in the morning the lifts are slow and busy. Staff nice and welcoming.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms were much to hot (23c), and the maintenance staff kept saying there was nothing they could do about it. Not an issue in just my room - I was there with a large group and dozens of us had the same issue in dozens of room. Also: -No power receptacles in the bathroom. -No hair dryers. - Polyester sheets only made the room temperature worse. -Fridge didn’t work and was never fixed/replaced -The up/down elevator light on the 4th floor is wired backwards -Cabs drop off about 100 yards from the entrance to the hotel so be prepared to drag your bag a ways. -Room service was often unavailable despite attempts to order within posted hours. Room service would also just decide not to deliver/cancel order without any communication. The only pleasant part of the facility was the very kind bell desk staff in the ground floor elevator lobby.

Really nice hotel. Right on the doorstep of the shopping centre. Stayed here as convenient for the Abba Stadium. Nice and clean with good range of tea and coffee. Good sized TV and lovely bathroom. Extremely quiet so everything you want for a great stay.

Amazing hotel, amazing service and super kind people. Dani in the reception is very kind. Totally recommended and I’ll definitely come back here. Make my time in London Hilarious. Train station is super close. Found literally on the doorstep of the shopping centre in Stratford.. with many restaurants around. Drinks available in the bar area. Food served until 10pm. Breakfast was a hot buffet style layout. Fresh orange, pineapple and cranberry juice. Nice views if you ask for the right room. I was in the suite in 8floor and was amazing. Prices do go up around football matches though as its right next to the stadium as well. Gym available. Free to use. Parking available nearby under the Westfield shopping centre.

Stayed here for a month, on checking in the room wasn't cleaned and made up, so was given another room and a complimentary bottle of red wine with an apology card, which was nice. Overall, the hotel has a luxurious appearance with friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and quiet with good facilities. The bar is a bit on the pricey side but is friendly and comfortable. The location is ideal, can't fault that, but what I can fault is, the very low quality meal I had from the restaurant. You shouldn't go wrong with pie and mash, but on this instance, they did. Despite the very pleasant service, the meal arrived looking very miserable, split gravy, bland mash and a pie that didn't live up to its description. Not even a side of veg! I've had better at a Premier Inn. The restaurant looks the part but needs to up their game with cuisine quality, or perhaps this was a one off? That's two strikes out of three for me, which is a shame, as it's such a nice looking hotel with great staff.

Great stay at the Hyatt- the room was really lovely and the bed is very comfy. The blackout blinds work well and the later checkout is great. Staff are all very friendly and the bar is great. Location is a few minutes walk from Stratford station and situated outside Westfield so plenty to do nearby.
