Horrible. Checked in after a long day at work and they didn't have a room even though I was booked. They didn't bother to call all day to let me know they over booked, and then they couldn't find me a booking at another hotel. Awful. And same for colleagues. Do not stay here

Really loved that this place was taken over from Holiday inn and Staybridge. It is a vast improvement and hospitality trademark of a Hyatt group. This has become my number one choice for every stay.

(Translated by Google) Very great place. We will be back :) Great location for us (We are West Ham fans and the stadium can be seen from the hotel). Tube can be reached in a few minutes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms, clean, beds very comfortable with a choice of two pillows, great shower, kitchenette with fridge, stove, microwave. Very quiet. We had two bookings in a row for different rooms. It was then arranged that we were allowed to stay in the first room throughout. Very good breakfast by English standards. What we didn't like: There is no toilet brush. The view from the park view room is not worth the price premium in our opinion. Little channel selection on TV. (Original) Sehr tolles Hotel. Wir kommen wieder :) Lage für uns Top (sind West Ham Fans und das Stadion ist vom Hotel aus zu sehen). Tube in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Große Zimmer, sauber, Betten sehr bequem mit zwei Kissen zur Auswahl, tolle Dusche, Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle. Sehr ruhig. Wir hatten zwei Buchungen hintereinander für unterschiedliche Zimmer. Es wurde dann eingerichtet dass wir durchgängig im ersten Zimmer bleiben durften. Sehr gutes Frühstück für englische Verhältnisse. Was uns nicht so gefallen hat: Es gibt keine Klobürste. Der Blick vom Zimmer mit Parkblick ist unserer Meinung nach den Preisaufschlag nicht wert. Wenig Senderauswahl im Fernsehen.
