So, so disappointed. Spoke to someone on the Friday 5th may. They agreed to remap on the 8th may even though a bank holiday. Answered all my questions and so far so good. Monday comes and nothing. I call and the phone is answered by what I can only describe as someone sounding like a guy with a hangover and just said "yeah, what" eventually, he said I spoke to Ethan and that he would get him to call me. Half an hour goes by and I get a message giving me Ethan's number and telling me he said he'll be with me later in the day...later in the day and still nothing. Doesn't answer my calls doesn't respond to texts asking what time he'll be there. My whole day is ruined on a day I could have spent with family and friends and not waiting for someone to not even turn up or have the professionalism to contact me to let me know a time. Amazing service fast and reliable. Gave me a report sheet of all the faults my vehicle had. I was able to contact them any time of the day or night and I was kept updated with what time they would be arriving. I needed a part and they got it same day and fitted it that same day aswell. Even gave me discount because I work for as a carer also applies to nhs staff !! will never use another garage again highly recommended !! Today has been epic. I got my 2014 vw Transporter t5 102bhp remapped by Ethan. After 5 years of driving it it's been quite sluggish.... Not any more I can honestly say I can over take parked cars & cyclists in 5 gear with no hesitation lol. Ethan got my 2014 Transporter t5 remapped up to 180bhp from 102bhp ( its bonkers ) I took it for a test drive and come back with the biggest smile😁 ever. If you've got this far in reading and your looking to get your vehicle remapped then don't hesitate and give Ethan a call I do recommend him to anyone.
