Recently bought some bags of sand. Went to return them as they had got soaked in the interior after leaving them outdoors (in a sheltered area). The warning of the front of the back to protect from inclement weather clearly not fit for purpose. They are sealed yet still was saturated with water. Very defensive in store not at all accommodating or understanding. Insisted all their bags are sealed and in perfect condition prior to handing over the customers. I then proceeded to load the second batch of bags into my car which they had provided. One of which had a hole in - my entire car is drenched with sand. Ironic. Absolute nuisance. Really poor and completely no regard for the customers that keeps the business going. Avoid at all costs.
