I’ve recently joined Hutton View as the Lifestyles Lead, after working at Maycroft Manor (a Hallmark care home in Brighton) for six years. It has been a brilliant move over, the team have been so welcoming and supportive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hutton View for either your loved one or as a new career choice.

I gave 1 star as it wouldn't let me give 0! Everyone please don't be fooled by this place, I am an ex team member of 2 years and I can say that from my point of view that all this place cares about is how it looks on social media and when guest/visitors come, other then that the staff are inexperienced and managers dont care about the team or any problems they are having. Do yourself and your loved ones a favour and look somewhere else, this is way to pricey and the residents dont get their money's worth at all! They will be much better elsewhere trust me! This is by far the most unprofessional care home I have ever worked in! You'd be surprised what happens behind closed doors!

This home is amazing the inside is beautifully decorated with home cinema, bar, beauty salon and hairdresser, crazy golf I could go on. The staff are very attentive to the residents, call bells answered quickly. Truely the best home I've seen and the food looked fantastic.

From our very first contact with Hutton View care home we have been given tremendous support and guidance whilst seeking the right place for our mum and dad. Both our parents have different care needs and the staff at Hutton View have answered all our questions and given us the confidence to know that this is the right decision. They take the time to get to know you as a family and they are there to support you through the whole process. We feel so welcome when we visit and nothing is too much trouble for them. Mum and dad are settling in well. They are in a lovely place, with lovely staff and both seem happy and relaxed and 'at home'. The care, the facilities, activities, meals, cleanliness and security are excellent; set in beautiful surroundings. I would not hesitate to recommend Hutton View and the wonderful staff.

The journey to seeking a suitable care home for a loved one is a challenge for any family especially when added to pre-existing concerns about thier health and wellbeing. However, Hutton View (Hallmark Care Homes) gave us fantastic support and comfort throughout. We recieved such personal service from all of the staff at every encounter. Despite the challenging times, amidst a pandemic, our mothers move into Hutton View was mangaed with such professionalism and a week after her transition, we are already hearing & seeing (via photo & video) the wonderful benefits of the care she is recieving. Clifton Court Dementia Community is now our mothers home, it provides everything she needs in a warm, friendly, stimulating and beautifully & cleverly designed environment. I would whole heartedly recommend Hallmark Care Homes and as a family we are immediately feeling confident about our decision. Thank you to everyone from the bottom of our hearts xxx
