I visit this shop quite regularly and travel specifically because of the quality of the produce and the friendly helpful staff. I always find everyone that works in the shop very polite and have always been greeted with a smile. The older members of staff are always very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. I, personally have never had an issue any staff members looking miserable, young or old.

I've lived in Wapping a long time & use Hussey's alot, Lovely fresh meat, veg and flowers. However a couple of the female staff are so rude. It doesn't seem to matter how happy you are or how warmly you greet them it is like they are doing you a massive favour to serve you. The flower guy is always lovely & polite, cant he train the others to smile? The young girl also so smiley & helpful. As for the miserable older ladies.. Enough said. Plenty of people looking for work out there!

Support local businesses they say...Just bought a flower bouquet which was extremely expensive 12 pounds for the amount and quality of flowers it had on. However main issue was not the excessive price, but the fact that flowers were half dead and all stems rotten something you could not see being already wrapped. The 2 daisies' stems were wrapped in wire to keep them standing.. I feel like was ripped off. Shame on you!
