I randomly popped in this store earlier today and was amazed about the beautiful selection of clothing at such low prices, I was amazed that I hadn't discovered this store earlier and started to save some money as I usually shop in the likes of River Island and Debenhams. Unfortunately it stops there I was a little disappointed to be told that they don't have fitting rooms but I could try on my selection of tops over my own clothes in the single mirror provided which isn't going to give the truest of effects on any size. When I queried about their returns policy, I was told: That they only do Exchange and Refund on Full Price (£5) items and that Sale items couldn't be returned not even for an exchange which I personally think is ludicrous and should be looked at and revised considering you DO NOT HAVE ANY FITTING ROOMS! I felt like I was constantly being watched and followed in fact; scrap that I WAS being watched and followed by a female assistant who trying to make out that they were tidying by blatantly going through items I had been looking through for the correct sizing as most of this shops items are: Small/ Medium, Medium/Large or Large/ Extra large and didn't look true to size I had even asked a male who I can only assume is the manager to put an item behind the counter for me as I wished to buy more items and didn't want them to fall on the floor or get damaged. The deal breaker came when I was looking for my size from a selection of Long Waterfall Cardigans that came in number of colours; the assistant stood behind me continuously asking if I needed help and asking me what size I was looking for even though I had already told her that I was ok and just looking this seemed to fall on ears considering there were other customers in the shop she stood beside me just watching as I tried on the items. However, no sooner had I turned my back to put on my coat and neatly put the clothes on the hangers and do up any buttons etc (YES! I DO THAT! As i used to work in customer service and remember what it's like when it came to tidying up after customers) of the items I didn't wish to purchase, i picked up the items I had decided to purchase I turned around to find her going through the Cardigans! That was the final straw for me so I calmly handed the £50.00 worth of items back to her, told her I had changed my mind and walked out of shop to spend my hard earned money at an establishment that values and respects my custom.
