Terrible company to work for, the only good reviews about this company come from people without any particular skill set or they have a nice easy office job away from the absolute mess that is operations, I've never experienced such terrible management, absolutely clueless, if your good at your job they'll keep you down because they can't recruit people to replace the ones leaving, if your terrible at your job you'll get progression much quicker, quick to write out safety tickets but not quick to stop operators pulling at high pressure hoses to trick testing into thinking they are ok, product is rushed, botched and dangerous, Sops aren't followed because leadership don't allow the time to fix things properly because it will mess with their productivity wars they have with other shifts, team leaders are rude and patronising, screaming at people because they themselves have no actual skill set, welcome to husco.

It's the people that make the job good , the company don't have a clue what they are doing and the higher management aren't nice to new starters , they made it so we had to do overtime and the rate of pay isn't good , if they paid more it wouldn't be a bad place ,I've found somewhere else.

Quite possibly the worst place I’ve ever worked. The heat in there at times no air conditioning on factory floor especially in the warm weather is unbearable having to wear overalls apron gloves armlets and mask the sweat pumps out of you. Hydraulic oil constantly over the floor like an ice rink when you walk anywhere I’m surprised someone hasn’t been seriously injured. I worked there for 3 weeks never walked out a job in my life I had to with this place it’s a death trap. Travelling was a nightmare £2 per crossing on the Mersey gateway bridge if you work 7 days that’s £28 week on top of fuel.

Sound place to work. Easy, laid back. Moneys alright. People are sound. As much over time as you want. EDIT: fell apart after returning from the corona virus shut down. Management useless, expected to know how to do the job, and hit full time targets without full training.
