My dad is in a care home and I live in Kent. Dad broke his plate in half. Phoned this lovely lovely place, explained our dilemma, bearing in mind its 11am on a Friday before a Bank Holiday Weekend! Had the plate taken to him, within an hour, they were repaired beautifully, and back to a very happy Dad who can now enjoy his food again. Amazing friendly, helpful and quick service..I salut you!
