    Was going well for a while... Needed work doing on the bike, they turned up to 'service it' but the guy said he couldn't fix it and it needed to go back to the warehouse to repair he gave me paperwork for this and told me i would have the bike back on Tuesday and left . Tuesday morning comes round and i get an email accusing me of trying to steal the bike and sell it on social media, and that i would not be getting the bike back? i couldn't be bothered as 1 its poorly put together and 2 i don't ride it much anyway so i just said fine return my deposit and that's that. Here are my issues: They have accused me of trying to sell the bike, no evidence provided to me at all. They came to so called service my bike when in fact i have it on cctv the guy changing settings on the controller of the bike so it would appear to be faulty giving them an excuse to take the bike away. They are refusing to refund me even though their own terms and conditions stipulate that the deposit is protection of none payment and damage/loss of the bike, none of which are applicable in this case. so here is my position I will give them 7 days to refund my deposit, failure to do so will result in the following A CCJ claim against hurrEcane Posting the CCTV of the employee tampering with the settings causing a deliberate failure. that will be posted on Facebook insta TikTok and YouTube. Post an honest review on YouTube about your business and its practices as i see from other reviews you have a habit of keeping deposits. Take whatever measures i deem appropriate to persuade potential customers of your business not to use your services, this will achieve 2 things cost the business far more than the deposit owed to me, and enlighten people to your shady practices.

    Really easy ordering process on the website, I was able to specify everything that I needed to place my order. I received confirmation within a couple of days and loads of contact over the next few weeks keeping me informed of the progress of my order. The delivery process was easy and flexible allowing me to get my bike delivered when it suited me. I’ve now had the bike nearly a month using it to commute to work which is around 9 miles, the bike is great, looks good and comfortable. At my level of fitness I couldn’t manage to cycle to and from work on an unassisted bicycle and I couldn’t really afford to go out and buy a new one so this has been the perfect solution. I’ve not needed to contact customer support at any point but given the ease of contacting them during the ordering process I have no worries that if they are needed they will be on hand. Super happy with the bike and service.

    I have been with HurrEcane for 2 months now and its been such a pleasant experience. The booking process was simple, the ladies that answer the phone are always courteous and happy to chat about any concerns that you may have. The bike ( I went for a 410 in the maroon colour) is comfortable and despite other reviews maybe stating otherwise, I am 20 stone man and the motor is plenty powerful enough to make the long gradual hills and steep hills on my journey to and from work a breeze, even overtaking other bikes on the way up. I like that it comes with integrated lights and the back light even pulses when you have the brakes on, to let others know you are slowing down. I can`t fault the service and it`s saving me £200+ per month on public transport costs, so double win

    Extremely dangerous!! Very poorly manufactured! I was riding the bike and all of a sudden the seat snapped causing me to fall and injure my back. I'm now out of work and have spinal pain. These bikes should not be on the road. Luckily, inwas riding on the sidewalk at the time, The situation could've been a lot worse if I was on the road with traffic. Do not rent !
