Carlie was super supportive, knowledgable, and gave incredible care to my dog Bear who was diagnosed with degenerative myelopathy. Having quality hydrotherapy and physiotherapy enabled us to maintain a good quality of life for longer and ensuring his comfort was highest priority. Carlie’s treatment was invaluable and I’m truly thankful we were able to see her when Bear needed the support he did 🧡 I also continue to recommend her to clients whos dogs are struggling with musculoskeletal problems - many have complex behaviour issues and having a fear free space has been super useful for them

Carlie has been wonderful with my dog Buster, he loves going to see her and its not just because he gets to carry a tennis ball! 😂 I can highly recommend her.

My whole experience with New Forest veterinary physiotherapy has been fantastic right from the get go - i first contacted Carlie before my dog had even had his surgery, as i wanted to know a bit more about the way she worked. She was open and supportive right from the start, before we had even booked our sessions and her support and readiness to give advice between sessions still, and reassure me during my wobbles (and liase with the vet as needed!) gives real peace of mind too. The fear free approach that Carlie takes is super important to me and i was so lucky to find a physio who works in this way - i have seen first hand how it enables her to gain trust, and work in a gentle but effective way to really get the best results. My dog is a large male Rottweiler, who due to illness and injury, in some settings had become quite uncomfortable with hands on treatment - Carlie was calm and kind, completely respectful of what he was and wasn't comfortable with, working at his pace and listening to him. He soon learnt to trust Carlie and is able to benefit fully from the treatments that she can offer him - Not only is it great being able to see him progress physically with her support, but the enjoyment he gets from his sessions and his eagerness surrounding the whole experience speaks for itself. What could have been a very different story, has been a huge success and its thanks to Carlies fantastic approach and expertise.
