    Ridiculously and unprofessional approach... Total disaster company!!! They have taken over our place few months ago. They have not even introduced themselves. We just noticed a change because they increased service charge straight away by 35%... Today I was shocked again. They have thrown into our post box a leaflet which is asking all of the tenants to fill in the form and leave personal data information and hand it to care taker... I really don't know what are they charging for??? Government really should solve this... We can't be managed by such a people...

    They manage the service charge for my block of new build flats. Every 6 months we have had a substantial increase- to the point where it’s over doubled in the year I’ve been here. All of it is a farce, most of the services aren’t performed at all - e.g. £17k a year for a window cleaner whos came once in a year and washed less than half the windows or the lift was out of action for 4 months and we’re paying a fortune for lift maintenance. The customer service is a joke. You don’t get a response most of the time and I’ve had a serious plumping issue I’ve been left for months with no resolution. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst energy. Avoid!!!! Update- they sent out coms to let us know they’d ran a competitive tender and put energy costs would increase by 75%. 2 months later they emailed to say sorry we made a mistake - it’s a 440% increase and now won’t respond to my emails asking for further details. Very scared I won’t be able to afford living here and a lot of this is down to the mismanagement from this company.

    Just took over our building and already we can see the signs of a disastrous management company. Service charges immediately doubled and was passed on to 3 different people with no explanation. Don't touch with a barge pole.

    The lift is was out of order in our building for 3,5 months end of last year and out of order 4 weeks ego ( still out of order).This company clearly don’t care. It’s still out of service after a number of calls/emails nothing has been done!!!!!!.Emily said the lift is very old and it is very difficult to find part for fixing. I am really thinking this lift is really 200 years old or more ? I'm pretty sure its younger then company managers or you Emily!!!!!!!!!!! It amazes me that they are still running as a busines. PLEASE START TO GET SOME ACTIONS. or replace the lift.

    Absolutely shocking. The intercom in our flat hasn't worked in well over a year and when I complained, I was told that they 'hadn't been notified about it'. Why aren't routine checks being made, even annually? I've been trying to get this fixed for over a month and they are telling me that I need to be home for the maintenance people to fix it, when I have explained that this is an external building issue, not just me personally and so could be fixed without me. I give my contact details and a time slot as they requested anyway, 19 days later I get an email telling me that 'it appears they don't have a contact number', despite responding to my email. Feels like I'm going around in circles.
