Cem was a fantastic agent from beginning to end. Supported our bid to rent the perfect apartment in Bow. Clear communication throughout, with lots of additional services to support the otherwise messy process of moving flat. Highly recommend. Admittedly, there were some issues in terms of deep cleaning, remedying wear & tear and a moth infested carpet — all of which should’ve been taken care of before move-in. But, seems these were a hangover from previous tenant and the landlord wasn’t prepared to resolve after the agency raised it, so not HSC’s fault (and hopefully not a sign of things to come).
