The Customer service advisers here who answer general enquiries have a nasty attitude every time I or other residents I know call. If you have a complaint, instead of finding ways to remedy the issue they quickly go into an aggressive defense mode to protect one another when wrong doing is apparent and they speak to you like spit on the ground. Tbh I honestly feel bad for the lady who picked up the phone yesterday and chose disrespect as her form of communication and topped it off by hanging the phone up on me when enquiring about whether bin men should be digging in the bins of residents. Such behaviour is of one who is unfulfilled in her line of work and lacks standard people skills for a customer facing role. Like I always say, if you hate your job, quit and find somewhere that brings you fulfillment and don't spread your negativity and bad vibes to others because you are unhappy.

Absolutely appalling customer service! I’ve tried to contact the council tax team via phone 34 times in two weeks! I’m on hold for 40minutes before getting cut off! - general switch board just as bad and when your finally through (switch board) there obstructive and use the “due to covid” excuse! Just to put you on hold again for another 40 minutes! I’ve sent 7 emails and all have been read (read receipts) but none answered !!
