A fantastic live music venue, and a good use of an important old building. Wheelchair access is very good and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Make sure to tell the Booking staff that you need access and chair space. The stage lighting is good for semi acoustic folk and rock and no Doug suitable for more classical music as well but stage space would limit performers.

We sat in a box, which has good views- some are totally side on so expect a crick in your neck. Extra cushions were offered by a very helpful member of staff and they were needed as the benches are not at all comfortable. Luckily, we were distracted by the excellent comedian, Angela Barnes.
